Terms of Service

1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern all custom software engineering, cloud architecture, mobile development, and AI integration services delivered by Develware Solutions S.A.S., based in Barranquilla, Colombia. Engaging our services implies full agreement with these terms.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon full settlement of invoice deliverables as agreed in Statement of Work (SOW):

  • Ownership rights to bespoke source code engineered specifically for the Client are transferred.
  • Develware retains ownership over pre-existing core libraries, frameworks, and reusable utility modules.

3. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Disputes are subject to legal jurisdiction in Barranquilla, Colombia.
